However, due to the nature of digital services and the time and resources involved, we have established the following refund policy:

1. General Policy

All payments made to Gusto Digital for services are non-refundable, except under the terms outlined in this policy. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy in full.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Service Not Delivered: If the service agreed upon has not been started or delivered within the agreed timeframe and no progress has been communicated.
  • Duplicate Payment: In cases of accidental double payments or payment errors, a refund will be initiated after internal verification.
  • Unsatisfactory Initial Work: For services like website design or SEO, if a client is not satisfied with the initial concept or performance within 7 days of delivery, and no revisions have been made, a partial refund may be considered at the discretion of management.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Change of mind after the service has commenced or been delivered
  • Delay caused by client-side in providing necessary information, approvals, or feedback
  • Custom development, paid ads (PPC), SEO, or SMO services that involve external costs
  • Project cancellation due to client’s failure to meet terms or delayed communication

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a recurring service (e.g., monthly SEO, PPC management, social media marketing) by notifying us in writing at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation after the billing date will not be eligible for a refund for that cycle.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at billing@gustodigital.com with the following details:

  • Full name and company name
  • Payment details and invoice number
  • Reason for refund request

Our billing team will review the request within 7 working days and respond with a resolution.

6. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment within 10–15 business days after approval.
